  I never imagined using this gif in this sense. As many now know, Stana Katic, who plays Captain Kate Beckett in the ABC’s police procedural Castle , won’t be returning if and when the show gets a ninth and, possibly, final season. I won’t go into details since it has been in several media outlets because I don’t want to tarnish anything this show and this character has done to me and Stana had already tweeted about it. See, I came to the fandom five years late. I was watching NERD HQ’s Doctor Who panel which was moderated by Nathan Fillion. I was drawn to his panel in turn and from that, I thought hm…why not watch Castle . So I did. First let me give you a background. There was this website, called GetGlue, which gave out free stickers of shows, books, movies, etc. ABC was a partner so Castle was included in their sticker roster . This was around 2011/12. T m inus 21 hours until the Season 7 premiere! I'm that excited! Anyway, I don't think we reached the 300k mark for the gorgeous poster but they still rewarded us with the extended sneak peek.   Mind that this is still heavily edited so as not to fully spoil the first 5-7 minutes of the show. I saw people asking why Beckett was instantly on cop mode. Anyway, Doctor Who ! The episode last Saturday finally answered a question: Will The Doctor behave like Clara's father once he knew that Danny was a soldier? The answer is quite so. I'm excited now because in three short days, Castle Season 7 premieres. I will be doing my bullet points again, hopefully after me and my sister watched. Our schedules don't match anymore; she's back in the graveyard shift. We haven't even finished our rewatch and only a few Season 6 episodes remain (because she managed to watch some with me). She's not a humongous fan as I am but she laughs at the right moments - especially with Castle, Ryan, and Esposito - and asks questions. Ooh! Have you seen the sneak peeks? DA FUQ IS THAT CLIFFHANGER?!!!!!!!!!!! I still can't get over the three-year time jump (yes, two weeks!) of Parks and Rec and the fact that next season will be the final one, MilMar wrote this cliffhanger. Nathan, you certainly got us. OMG! This is a truly great episode! Great job, Rob Hanning and Terrence Paul Winter! Beckett had been doing surveillance on Vulcan Simmons after the events of In the Belly of the Beast and Castle knows about it, that she goes out and about during the wee hours of the morning just to take pictures of Simmons' whereabouts. Lanie trembling when she was t alking to Kate about ballistics match, .40 cal gun, is terrifying. The .40 was registered to Kate, which was in her home, I'm assuming in her apartment. Beckett in tears as she cuffs her mother's murderer is so touching. :') Caskett sharing a phone when someone is talking at the other end. As in, sharing. They could have put it in speaker but no. [Contains spoilers] Seriously though, for a week, I had dreams about it and waking up and was like WHAT?! No that's not going to happen to her. Kudos to the team for a great episode, especially Stana. This will be a great episode submission come Emmy time (another is Disciple although it's only the end scene. This one is the whole episode). They had started out shaky, became friends and partners (in crime) and then started to fall in love with each other and became partners (in love). Richard Castle is like the most understanding boyfriend. He understood when Kate needed time to heal from her wounds and he understands that she may still put up wall s because she doesn't want to get hurt. He wanted someone extraordinary. He's also her saviour, in more ways than one. He saw her vulnerability and yet never took advantage.
