A Thank You Letter To MilMar

Dear Andrew and Terri,
I am writing this letter to say THANK YOU for giving us the show Castle.
It has touched so many lives in the eight years of its existence. It
certainly had a huge impact in mine even if I’m late watching it.
THANK YOU
for bringing us to the universe of Castle and Beckett. It’s a wonderful
love story that will rival even the love stories of yore. I have never
seen anything like it. It’s surreal yet real. It’s a fairy tale yet
true. It’s fiction but it’s fact. It’s a very unique storytelling, one
that will get you engaged all throughout their courtship, their
friendship.
Borrowing the words of Merida, their relationship became “as much a part of us as we are of it.”
THANK YOU
for creating these characters that had us laugh, frustrated, annoyed,
cry. Every week, these characters made us feel like we’re their friends.
They made us feel like we’re part of the show, solving cases, running
after suspects.
Last but not the least THANK YOU for sharing your love story with us, for making us part of it. However far from the real thing, Castle is still one huge love letter you wrote for each other: Andrew is Castle and Terri is Beckett.
With
all the breaking news, I cannot imagine how it feels for you. But
still, I cannot thank you enough for introducing us to the world of
Castle and Beckett. We saw how they changed, how they transformed, how
they loved. We’ve seen a very beautiful love story blossom before our
very eyes and you let us be spectators to that relationship.
Again, THANK YOU. It’s a pleasure for being part of this fandom.
