Beckett Gives Castle His Own Drawer

I'm bringing this up again because I have another explanation. The drawer, whilst being romantic and all, is also a symbol of Kate opening up and tearing down the walls she had built for herself. Remember that she and Castle were only dating for about six months at this point. I doubt if she ever did that to Will, Tom or Josh, who was so far the longest relationship we've known before Castle (not counting the wild child phase she had before her mum was killed). It is also her way of telling Castle that she truly loves him without saying anything (the first time she told him she loves him was in Still, some time after this episode). It is sweet and a great character development.
