The Impossible Girl In Coffee City

This is a poem I wrote when I was 15. I have all the poems I wrote in two diaries. I dunno why I stopped but I did, when I was in college. Probably not a choice. :P As I walked down the highway I saw a rose peeking out of a barrier fence And as I picked it up I realised it was black As I held the flower And smelled its fragrance I got pierced by its thorns And blood oozed out of the wound As I looked at the red fluid I remembered the unhappy time It all came back to me And I cried with all my might But then I heard a tinkle of voices Not far from where I was standing I saw this place, its colour was red And realised it was roses I head near it And saw the sparkling leaves Nearer and nearer I came And the brightness of it enamoured like diamonds As I draw into a halt I saw my name etched in one of the flowers And then I realised I was one of the roses of paradise It's not the best. It is one of my personal favourites, though unreleased, from their second album,  Talk On  Corners . The name of the album came from the song.

[Contains spoilers] Seriously though, for a week, I had dreams about it and waking up and was like WHAT?! No that's not going to happen to her. Kudos to the team for a great episode, especially Stana. This will be a great episode submission come Emmy time (another is Disciple although it's only the end scene. This one is the whole episode). Hopefully, she'll get noticed. She's an underrated actress, without a big award. Not counting the PCAs because it's from the fans. I feel she's being overlooked while others - there is one who is constantly nominated, haven't won yet though, but I think is bland - get nominated because their show is a favourite to the members. They had started out shaky, became friends and partners (in crime) and then started to fall in love with each other and became partners (in love). Richard Castle is like the most understanding boyfriend. He understood when Kate needed time to heal from her wounds and he understands that she may still put up wall s because she doesn't want to get hurt. He wanted someone extraordinary. He's also her saviour, in more ways than one. He saw her vulnerability and yet never took advantage. I've been waiting for this since the announcement of the nominees last month. Finally! One of my favourite Broadway stars, Idina Menzel will be performing Frozen 's Let It Go , Elsa's song, at the Academy Awards:  I want to dance right now but it's 2.31 in the morning. Let's save it for later. Can't wait to see her perform the song at the Oscars!
